Bromford is a housing association – one that owns and provides 46,000 homes for people who can’t access the market housing. As our Senior Content Producer, the content you produce will be key in sparking conversations, creating connections, and showcasing the work that Bromford does.
Your role is to produce various types of content. This could include directing multi-cam studio panel shows for LinkedIn, editing images for thumbnails, or filming video case studies.

About You:
You are an accomplished leader in content creation, possessing a strong eye for detail. You produce high-quality video content while adhering to technical standards and brand guidelines. Your expertise spans various video formats and genres, including on-location case studies and live studio-based events.
Your skills extend to coaching on-camera talent for impactful performances. You ensure polished delivery and effective messaging during their video appearances.
Beyond video production, you have a solid grasp of copywriting, photography, and audio production. Your advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, along with multi-cam and single-camera shoot capabilities, will be crucial in this role.
In summary, you bring leadership, expertise, and innovation to Bromford's content creation. Your multifaceted skills amplify our impact on stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in a similar role
Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including After Effects and Premiere Pro
Excellent knowledge of camera, lighting, and sound – both practical and theoretical
Strong understanding of digital platforms and current digital trends
Excellent storytelling, interviewing, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
A portfolio/showreel demonstrating their video content production
A full UK driving license and access to a car
Flexibility in working hoursThis is a Roaming Role, involving a mixture of working from your office hub, sites, and home. Due to the nature of the role, this position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
