The role includes:
Partner senior decision makers across international locations, including Regional Sales heads, Operational Directors, Global CFO and CEO
Own the delivery of budgeting, forecasting and planning
Drive improved understand of business performance
A significant portion of the role is devoted to strategic projects, partnering the senior leadership team to formulate and execute business critical projects, i.e. new product launch, new market expansion, pricing strategy etc
Candidate profile required:
Experience of providing genuinely insightful finance business partner support to a non-finance audience
High levels of intellectual horsepower
Demonstrably impressive communication skills which has enabled you to engage effortlessly with financial and commercial stakeholders
An extremely high calibre finance professional with a CV that reflects a top percentile profile
A driven and confident individual who displays an insatiable curiosity to get under the skin of the business and drive consistent improvements
Either a proven business partner or an individual with exceptional financial analysis skills who is looking for their next step up
