We are looking to recruit for a passionate and creative Senior Chef De Partie on behalf of our client, a well known Cambridge College.

Role Details:
·37 hours per week, working alternative weekends, only working mornings when on at the weekend
·Managing junior kitchen staff
·Menu writing
·Stock rotation and management
·Team development
·Ensuring health and hygiene regulations are adhered to
·Constant training and guidance to further career with the company, including courses
