Learning Mentor / HLTA / SEN T.A.
Enhanced DBS essential, available ASAP and referee details to cover over 2yrs experience with SEBD.
We are looking for someone with excellent behaviour management skills, experienced in SEBD intervention and leadership skills
The role is working within a PRU with small numbers of young people who have struggled in mainstream
Supervision breaks/lunches
Problem solving – avoiding confrontations- keeping kids on track
Monitoring and recording of the Intervention strategy will be part of the role
We need someone who has a background in delivering Social Emotional Literacy/ Self Esteem /interventions
