Role Overview:

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be working closely with our Sales and Marketing team, providing essential support to enhance our business strategies and goals. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and are keen to contribute to meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Effective completion of key retailer/supplier forms for timely product setup.
Managing web information forms and product setup details.
Coordination of Samples for range building, liaising with internal teams and warehouses.
Handling image requests to ensure high-quality presentation of products in retail environments.
Collaborating on catalogue pages, including images, copy, and layouts.
Proactive management of product portfolio updates, including brand updates.
Organizing aspects of Toy Fair, including calendar management, room bookings, and customer entertainment.
Raising purchase orders and liaising with customer service teams.
Providing administrative support for product wave details on licensed brands.
Updating range plans with key product information changes.
Supporting retail activation plans in licensor meetings.What We're Looking For:

Experience in a commercial environment (internship or undergraduate placement experience also considered).
Technical proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, Zoom (training provided for specific company systems).
Excellent team player with ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
