Due to incredible business growth we are EXCLUSIVELY recruiting for a Administrator to join our hugely successful client in supporting their Key Account Managers deliver exceptional customer service to their clients.

They have a hugely exciting future with plans to grow their business dramatically over the next 12 months which will have a fantastic impact on the development and internal promotion of their employees as well as additional recruitment.

This is a very busy and varied role, if you thrive working at speed where no one day is the same… this is the role for you!!

Your duties will include, but are not exhaustive of the below:
– Process orders via email or phone and update the database
– Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
– Contact clients to obtain missing information
– Dealing with all customer and supplier queries
– Liaise with the Production and Logistics departments to ensure timely deliveries
– Maintain and update sales and customer records
– Customer liaison
– Communicate important feedback from customers internally, including dealing with complaints efficiently
– Using SAP to input orders
– Monitor the sales inbox responding to email enquiries in a timely manner
– Attending production meetings where necessary to advise of any stock issues or transport queries
– Supporting sales team with all administration
– Provide support to Key Account Manager for key clients
– Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

* A confident administrator with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
* Good level of numeracy and literacy
* Strong organisational skills
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to meet targets and remain calm under pressure with a busy work environment.

Contractual Benefits

– £23,000 + Ongoing Career Development
– Monday- Friday office hours
– 25 days holiday + bank holidays
