Bridge Recruitment (acting as a Recruitment Agency) has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join one of their clients based in Sheriff Hutton! Due to the location of the role, a driving license and your own transport will be required.

Your new role as a Sales Administrator
* Contacting suppliers to obtain prices, providing quotes to customers and potentially sourcing requested parts as requested once you have a bit more experience in the role)
* Placing orders with suppliers and ensuring delivery targets are met for customers
* Answering and transferring inbound phone calls to the appropriate individual/department
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike
* Assisting with company marketing campaigns and assisting the Finance Department with identifying purchases made by Sales on Credit Cards
About you
* Strong communications skills (written and verbal) in dealing with colleagues and customers alike
* Excellent telephone manner and professional approach to work in the office
* Highly organised and able to effectively manage tasks with competing priorities
* Competent IT skills
* Able to work under own initiative and under pressure
