Salary : £20000 – £22000/annum

We are recruiting for an experienced sales administrator to work in a busy sales office in Wimbledon. 

You will be working for a well-known retail company that has been established for over 100 years and is now part of a global group.

As a Sales Administrator you will be working as part of a small friendly team and be responsible for the inputting of orders onto the system, responding to customer queries as well as being the first point of contact for customer enquiries.

You will need:

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft office packages
A good eye for details and excellent organizational skills
What you’ll do:

Processing sales orders ensuing accuracy onto the system
Taking incoming calls or emails and dealing with customer and internal queries and returns
Supporting the sales team with account management
Liaise with internal departments for order support
Dealing with suppliers and intermediaries
What you’ll get:

Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:00 and 9:00 – 17:30 on a rota basis
£20,000 – £22,000 DOE
