Salary : £24000/annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator/Customer Service Administrator to join our clients busy team based in Bilston.

Previous experience within a similar role/office environment would be advantageous.

Working as part of an established team, the main purpose of the role is to process customer orders ensuring a smooth journey through production, delivery and invoicing stages.

Responsibilities include:

* Sales order processing using internal system

* Raising internal documents/work orders for production and despatch

* Generate customer invoices

* Create and develop relationships with customers

* Update customers ensuring all queries are replied to in a timely manner

* Managing materials and raising purchase orders as required

* General administration tasks and support

Working hours:

* Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30

* Friday 07:30-12:30
