The Role

The Professional Services division of 24-7 People Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in Cheltenham.

The duties of the role include, but are not limited to-

* Generation of installation documentation for customer orders

* Handle customer enquiries by phone and email

* Support the overall sales team in achieving their targets

* Manage and maintain customer databases

* Making outgoing calls to customers

* Support existing office staff with general tasks

* Process sales orders

This role is Permanent position requiring an immediate start

Your Profile

In order to be considered for the prestigious role of Sales Administrator, you will have a minimum of 2 years RECENT experience in the same of similar role. Where you were managing customers’ expectations, enquiries and sales orders. You must have previous admin and customer service experience with the ability to engage with customers and help them with their queries.

You will consider yourself enthusiastic, driven, detail orientated with a strong customer satisfaction focus. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to easily build relationships.

Hours

Monday – Friday

9am- 4pm

Ability to be flexible and do additional hours/cover when necessary

The Salary

£21,000 – £24,000
