Salary :

Sales Administrator required for my client, a global leader in the manufacture and provision of temporary structures and equipment to a range of sectors.

The position is a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to turn into a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

Coordinating and providing administrative support for PPM (planned Preventative Maintenance) schedules for engineers 
Ordering spares
Invoices for parts / spares suppliers
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Liaise with procurement as and when required
Process procurement requests for materials or resource / labour
Update and maintain spreadsheets / databases with client information as required
Create and maintain item technical library / information
Maintain oversight of emails to ensure any urgent or emergency requirements are highlighted in a timely manner
Any general administration requirements as instructed
