You must have a degree -3 years sales experience and a passion for something new and exciting ! – An entrepreneurial streak and real confidence.
Do you have a genuine passion for property? Are you tenacious, organised and dynamic? 100% new business! OWN IT mentality?
Be responsible for the on boarding and account management and grow the customer base and then recruit a team!!!

The role and person:
* You must have 3-8 years superb business development, new business sales experience and really know a great opportunity!
* You will be adventurous, organised, dynamic, creative.
* A strong communicator. Be motivated to help grow the business. Develop potentially into a manager of a new small sales team but initially fill your boots with CASH!
* 10% warm leads and assisted marketing
* 90% business development following all leads through to fruition
* Hard working – treat it like your own business
* Maturity needed as you will set the stall out for the rest of the culture of the business.
