My clinet is looking for a Recruitment Business Developer to join them. The purpose of this role is to support the business in obtaining Exclusive and Retained clients and to showcase their value adds and convert clients so that they can increase the volume of quality business coming into the branch for the consutants to service.

You will have a team of appoitment setters working with you and providing you with qualified leads for you to convert. Most of your meetings will be via Zoom/MS Teams calls as the client does a lot of international work.

Your role is to the close the business and obtain quality job specs.

Please note this is not a 360 recruitment role, this is purely a business development position to secure new clients for the consultants to service.

Duties:

·Converting leads

·Preparing supplier agreements and proposals.

·Understanding the competitor marketplace and future opportunities available

·Meeting prospective clients via Zoom

·Outbound calling

·Setting marketing strategies within the territory

·Building long lasting relationships with clients

·Winning business

·Working to targets

·Increasing revenue and volume of quality business

·Represent the company at Exhibitions in the territory

Requirements:

·Previous experience in a similar role

·Desire to win.

·A history of building strong, long term client relationships

·Ability to win business and forecast pipeline.

·Speaking to high level decsion makers – the company deals within Fintech, Martech and SAAS Recruitment and regualary place candidates with a base salalry of £100,000 so will need to have experience of similar
