Salary : £25000/annum Plus Commission

We at Work Lyf Group are looking for a Junior Sales Account Manager to join our client’s dynamic sales team, based in a telephone sales department.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as an ambassador for the business, promote the services and its products. Deliver a prompt, polite and professional service in line with our key behaviours and values.

Manage and maintain relationships with their business customers in order to meet their full requirements.

Reach out to new prospects via telephone (Cold Calling) to determine suitability of our products and to spread awareness of our great offers and products. The expected activity level for this position is 60-100 calls per day.

Become completely familiar with their products and their pricing strategy.

Schedule call backs for customers in line with set Key Performance Indicators

Using CRM & other systems to aid in keeping track of opportunities and measuring success and queries.

Work with senior leaders and other colleagues across the business to share best practices.

Deliver Quotes once generated by your Sales Support Administrators

Ensure that all KPIs for prospecting, proposals & closes are met.

Attend meetings, as required and be excited to learn and develop your techniques. They provide ongoing training and support to help you to achieve the very best results. Their aim is to increase your confidence, improve your techniques, earn great commission and to help you to love your job.

Skills Required:

* 2 + years lead generation experience, B2B (cold) by phone

* Experience of ongoing account management, building positive relationships and maintaining an understanding of the business’ requirements in order to promote suitable sales and additional products.

* Able to interact professionally with potential customers by phone and email to discover their business/ consumer needs and to develop a positive professional relationship.

* Experience of working on a dialler system would be advantageous.

* Computer literate, this role requires a good deal of email/ notes/ inputting of information.

* Reliable, friendly, and resilient, able to strike up great relationships with people.

* Positive and action orientated.

* Enjoys success and eager to earn and achieve.
