Bridging Advisor
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25500 – £55000/annum Uncapped bonus
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our new Bridging Team. Our Client is an award-winning organisation that has been established for over 20 years . You will be responsible for conducting high quality outbound sales calls to our customers and providing regulated advice to them, focussing on appropriate outcomes.
In return we will offer £25,500 basic + bonus (realistic OTE £55k)
Duties
* Following on warm leads in relation to a bridging loan.
* Responding to customer enquiries who have made initial contact
* Full fact finding and discussing options available to the customer
What we are looking for ?
* Experience working within a bridging role.
* Able to working within a fast past targeted sales role
* Proven track record for meeting and exceeding personal targets including Sales and KPI's
* CeMap qualified
