My client who are based in Guildford are looking for a Temp Sales Support Executive to join their friendly team for a minimum of 3 months with the potential to be extended. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail. We are looking for someone to start ASAP. This is a full time position with the hours of Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
Daily Duties
Carrying out sales processes.
Building partnerships with assigned small resellers
Evaluating lease requests and communicating approval or rejection.
Ensuring the best customer experience and reseller satisfaction.
Supporting Sales force and interact with resellers/customers.
Managing Complaints and directing them to the relevant team.
Reviewing accuracy and ensure completeness of all information and documentation.
Contact with colleagues and/or resellers and/or Customers to collect the missing information/documentation.
Data input
Providing support with the contract settlement process.
Skillset
A natural rapport builder able to quickly engage with a wide variety of people
A strong will to win excited by working towards targets
