Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £21500/annum Commission (£6,000 to £12,000 PY)
Vision Personnel have a fantastic in house opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our ever growing business in Billericay, Essex.

We are looking for an individual who is driven for success, has a can do attitude, the ability to learn and achieve, a solid approach towards fully completing tasks, being able to deal with problem solving and importantly a team player who can also work as an individual.
Experience is favoured however not essential.
Duties will include
* Identifying talent that matches job specifications provided
* Short listing candidates
* Checking right to work documents
* Checking professional qualifications (e.g CSCS Cards)
* Reference checking
* Logging and updating Key Performance Indicators
* Selling job roles to potential candidates
* Using Microsoft Office programmes
* Working towards targets such as Gross Profit, Calls made, Reviews and Candidates logged.
* Administration of own work
* Liaising with relevant Consultant / Admin Support
* Checking in on candidates before / during and after there assignments
