Junior Investment Associate
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £18000 – £22000/annum Plus bonus and commission
My client is currently recruiting for a Junior Investment Associate/Broker to join their investment team within our investor relations department.
As part of our ongoing expansion, they are offering a range of property development investment opportunities for High Net Worth Individuals and Sophisticated Investors.
Background:
You will be working from our sales office based in Mayfair, London where you will support and add to an existing successful direct sales team in a growing and exciting market.
Role of our Investment Associate:

Contacting inbound sales leads that have shown an interest in investing into fixed- term bonds and growth property-backed investments.

Understand the client’s risk and investor viability for our product quickly and effectively.
*
Build rapport, fact find and ask probing questions in order to understand the individual investor profile i.e. High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor.

Working towards achievable KPIs and targets, both independently and as a team.
As an Investment Associate you will need to have:

Previous experience of working within telesales or property market
*
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
*
Handle and overcome objections daily.
*
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*
Ability to work under pressure and to targets.
*
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
