Salary : £22000 – £25000/annum

The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join a Redditch based company that are going from strength to strength. You will be working within a small, friendly team from a brand-new office facility, to build and develop existing client relationships and maximise business potential. You will be responsible for customer quotations and be comfortable managing accounts and negotiating with clients to grow business revenue.

The Company: Providing freight forwarding services to UK manufacturers, exporters and importers the business offers a cost-effective service together with a high degree of personal attention.

Due a period of ongoing growth and expansion, they are now looking to add to the sales team with a new Internal Sales Executive.

For this Sales Executive role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Experience / skills required:

· Some previous office-based sales experience is essential.

· Experience in providing excellent customer service

· Export Sales experience (ideal but not essential – training is provided).

· Proven success of calculating and submitting quotes and tender submissions.

· Experience of negotiating with clients and /or suppliers.

· Experienced in developing relationships and managing accounts

· Good administrative skills.

· Strong numerical skills.

· Can do sales & customer service orientation

· Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Benefits of this Internal Sales Executive role:

· £22000 – £25000 dependent on experience

· Mon – Fri – 9am – 5.30pm

· Permanent
