Salary: £28,000 to £33,000 base p/a + Commission. OTE £55,000 p/a
Location: Leicester
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.00pm, Friday 900am to 4.00pm

My client is a leading digital agency based in Leicester city. They create visually stunning, yet highly functional websites that are proven to drive their clients digital marketing strategy to the next level. In addition to website Development and design, they are also experts in SEO, PPC and Social Media marketing.
Due to expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the company and gain new clients. Industry experience is not essential as full training is provided, but you will need to be self motivated, resilient and hungry to succeed and in return, you will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary, excellent commission and additional company benefits.
The role is both field and office-based, typically 80% field and 20% office-based and will be a split of 70% business development and 30% account management.
Duties for a Business Development Manager in Leicester will include:
* Finding and sourcing business leads and building relationships with new and existing clients
* Attending networking events, in the field business development activities and telephone calls to gain new business
* Visiting prospective clients at their premises
* Presenting digital marketing initiatives and proposals
* Building up a pipeline of prospective clients and following up on all interactions
* Attending sales meetings to report on progress
* Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives and digital marketing campaigns
Key skills and experience for a Business Development Manager in Leicester:
* A minimum of 3 years B2B, business development experience
* A consultative approach to business development, new and existing clients
* Self motivated and able to work using your own initiative
* Positive and resilient attitude, with a hunger to succeed
* Competent to apply common sense to solve problems
* A proven track record in business development
* Full UK driving license
* Digital marketing sales in preferred but not essential
