Zest4Talent is delighted to be recruiting for a National Business Development Manager for a company specialising in Lighting for outdoor events, civil engineering and businesses. This is a new role to join an existing sales team due to company expansion. The salary on offer is up to £40k basic plus bonus and commission (uncapped OTE approx. 60k ) with a full expensed company car.
The successful National Business Development Manager will have a proven track record in sales and account management in B2B. Ideally you will come from a lighting, technical or Electrical background however this is a preference and not essential. The role will be a mixture of office and field based so experience meeting clients face to face is a pre-requisite. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and enjoy sales and relationship building.
The key responsibilities of the National Business Development Manager will be:
* Manage your portfolio of clients across the UK using a mixture of phone, email, and face to face meetings
* Look to maximise your client’s ordering potential by introducing them to new products within your range
* Explore and follow up new business sales opportunities to ensure your portfolio grows in line with company growth model
* Update CRM with all activity
