Salary : £19000 – £23000/annum Commission – Performance based

Time4 Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Consultant for the Construction Division.
Job Specification & Duties:
* To build strong relationships with your existing clients and develop relationships with new targeted clients to increase business. Sales tools will include telephone calls, face to face meetings on site, e-marketing, and networking opportunities.
* To identify new business opportunities through leads and market research.
* To negotiate charge rates with your clients to ensure maximum profitability and appropriate worker pay in line with target % margin. This will include ensuring relevant knowledge with regards to national living wage, Agency Worker Regulations and market trends.
* To ensure the complete understanding of the client’s requirements and undertake an effective and compliant booking process.
* To match the right workers to the right positions which will include candidate registration with all relevant compliance paperwork (Right to Work, qualifications and certification) and the maintaining of accurate legislative checks in line with all advice given by HR and your line manager.
* To accurately update, develop and maintain the Time 4 customer relationship management (CRM) database.
* To ensure the timely collection and collation of all signed timesheets to ensure accurate pay.
* To ensure the timely and efficient submission of weekly ‘Plans’ to the Accounts Department.
* To ensure that all queries from candidates and clients are personally dealt with in an appropriate, polite and supportive manner.
* To provide or organise candidate recruitment advice or training where required.
* To provide accurate and consistent reports to the Divisional/Branch Manager as requested.
* To ensure completion of all agreed key performance indicators to achieve agreed monthly targets.
* To provide support to other internal colleagues as relevant.
* To undertake any appropriate additional duties as outlined by your line manager or the management team.
* To follow all company policies and procedures and commit to a positive work ethos at all times.
The Person:
* Open, approachable and quick to adapt to a growing environment
* Ability to multi task and well organised
* Strong IT skills, using internal systems & excel
* Preferably a car driver with own transport
