New Recruits are currently looking to add to the current team.
Role:
* Sales Consultant (Recruitment)
Location:
* Coventry, CV1 – City Centre.
We are currently going through a period of expansion and are looking to add a Sales Consultant to help push the business forward further.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and have a full uk driving license.
Key responsibilities:
* Business to Business calls.
* Sourcing candidates and understanding their needs whilst matching to a suitable role.
* Generating new business in the local area
* The management of new and existing clients and their day-to-day manning requirements.
* Maintaining and building excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
* Working as part of a team supporting the growth of the team.
* Using an inhouse crm system
* Emailing
* Filing
* Answering telephone calls
* Sales – cold and warm calling (to clients and candidates)
* On call rota – split between the team.
* Many other duties.
You must:
* Be able to operate to work as a team.
* Be reliable and able to work independently where necessary
* Have a positive attitude
* Be computer literate.
* Be able to use excel, word, and other Microsoft platforms.
* Have a driving license due to checking in different sites / attending sales meetings.
Shift:
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 – 17:00 (if you are oncall, you may have to send emails)
Salary:
* £24,000 – £26,000 per annum (Starting Salary dependant on experience)
Previous experience is a not essensial as full training will be given.
