The Role:
In the Senior Recruitment Consultant role you will be primarily accountable for taking charge of a 360 desk that's already buzzing with work, ready for you to step into.
Specifically you'll be tasked with managing clients and their expectations, plus placing candidates into suitable roles.
You'll spend 2 days of the working week based in the company's Worcester office, and the other 3 working from home. Details around how this will work will be revealed on application.
The Candidate:
To be the right person for Senior Recruitment Consultant role you will need a background in taking charge of your own desk and workload.
It's important that you have the ability to be self-driven and motivated, plus are content working on perms in the customer service sector.

The Package:
The basic salary for the Senior Recruitment Consultant role is up to £40,000 per annum.
In addition you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.
