As their new Business Development Manager, you will join these inventive, agile, original pioneers who solve problems in efficient and highly innovative, delivering a vast array of solutions.
The Role
* The Business Development Manager will focus on driving business development through effective account management and relationship building, targeting growth objectives with existing customers and identifying and securing new opportunities within either healthcare, banking or insurance sectors.
* Working with customers across the UK, you will be a trusted solution provider, understanding customers’ challenges and expectations and helping them achieve their goals by identifying the correct solutions and securing their commitment.
* Your aim is to unearth and create as many opportunities as you can and deliver them successfully; you will do this by effective planning, building an in-depth knowledge of key target customers from a, based on financial, operational and strategic knowledge.
* Undertaking a consultative approach to enable you to identify and quantify tangible returns on investments through the use effective solutions.
The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Business Development Manager, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
* A demonstrable track record of identifying and delivering high value new business solution sales into banking, insurance or healthcare sectors.
* Extensive B2B sales experience.
* A graduate or equivalent, with a relevant degree level, diploma or equivalent.
* A background in IT /digital transformation/document management solutions delivery and problem solving.
* Target orientated, but focused on supporting your customers to find the correct solution to their challenges.
* Committed, driven and ambitious and a strong team player.
* Credible, persuasive – able to challenge and change your customer’s way of thinking.
* Articulate, with excellent communication skills.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Tenacious, energetic, passionate and committed, indomitable in delivering remarkable results.
