The company have undergone a significant period of transformation which has involved bolstering and enhancing their product portfolio along with re-structuring internally to better service their clients UK wide.
As part of their plans moving forward they are now seeking a Regional Sales Executive;
The Role;
To promote and sell the company's MRO Engineering products to new and existing customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Identify and win business with new accounts
Responsible for the sales, market promotion and technical supports of the full range of MRO Products
Ensuring the implementation of Marketing and Sales operating plans in meeting agreed sales volume and profit targets relevant to the market of a particular region.
Develop and grow sales with new and existing customers
Utilize Sales Excellence processes & CRM tools to build funnel, assess performance, and track progress against key growth opportunities.
Ensuring that the company brand is expanded throughout the sales territory by maintaining customer service and support as the highest priority.
Achieving and maintaining profitability objectives through continuous management of set goals regarding price setting and operating costs.
Preparing accurate annual and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Applying and maintaining an appropriate sales activity levels to ensure success with customers and distributors.
Requirements;
Previous Industrial Product Distribution and MRO Sales/Business Development/Key Account experience
Product knowledge in Bearings, Chains, Electric Motors, Drives, Couplings and other associated Mechanical Power Transmission products
Multi sector sales experience into industry's such as FMCG, Automotive, Engineering, Utilities, Aerospace and Renewables
Track record in developing, maintaining and strengthening client relationships
