Plenty of staff parking available on site.
Due to the nature of this role, owning a vehicle is essential. All travel / fuel costs are fully expensed. Travel will be required mainly within the South East.
We are delighted to be assisting our client who are a very specialist medical based organisation as they seek to recruit a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join their friendly and busy teams. My client are a leader in their field and offer extremely high levels of service to their clients and customers.
Purpose of the role:
Draw up a list of suitable target partners, initiate contact and develop lasting relationships with these organisations/ individuals with the aim of acquiring new leads for the company.
Key Duties:
Facilitate meetings and develop relationships with key leaders and influencers
Engage with medical professionals to become resellers
Build long lasting relationships with medical establishments and support these partnerships.
Develop positive relationships with consultants with the aim of acquiring referrals
Recruit trusted resellers within the medical profession
Provide telephone sales support as and when additional support is required within the business
Key competencies:
Numerate and literate
Personable, persuasive and professional manner face-to-face and over the telephone
Ability to understand scientific and technical concepts and ideas and have the ability to explain these to potential partners and clients
Previous sales / business development experience
Ability to network with medical professionals
Competent in use of Microsoft and CRM
