About the role:
* Manage a complete 360 warm desk with open positions while also bringing in new business and building client connections.
* To engage and attract important people from our existing and growing customer base,
* Headhunt within the require industry.
* Understand the needs and prospects of the business, candidate, and client to solve high-level strategic problems.
* Place people in specialty positions across the industrial industry.
* Understand the industry's market patterns and growth.
About You:
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain long-term business connections
* Ability to demonstrate a track record of high accomplishment or hitting targets.
* Keen interest in personal growth and looking for a career with merit-based advancement.
* Have established goals and thrive under pressure
* Previous recruitment or consultative sales experience is preferred.
