Our client is a well established and fast growing financial services company working in the Fine Wine Investment sector based from their main trading offices in Central London. Due to an increasing demand in the markets they are involved in they are now looking to bring on board a new team of sales people to train and develop into Senior brokers within a three to six month timeframe in order to push the business into the next level of growth.
Sales Closer backgrounds are essential. As these are positions with full training on the products, markets, sales, personal development and more, we look for natural sales ability and a raw talent that only certain individuals possess. Whether you have 10 years of sales experience or none at all we treat everyone the same and give everyone the chance to be a success. You could be straight out of school/college/university and have never worked before – but if you have the right attitude, energy and discipline then we can make you a success in sales and the financial sector. Necessary skills are a natural sales ability, customer service, consulting, an interest in finance and clear communication.
The products you will be involved in selling are Fine Wine as an Investment. Fine Wine is a hugely stable market, far more so than stocks and shares or even property as of late. Investors have seen their money grow year on year with this award winning investment. Wine by simply ageing naturally increases in value on its own, and with interest from wealthy individuals in international markets many bottles are trading hands for thousands of pounds! Do you want a chunk of this cash? Your role will be to join us in this sales department and make yourself a seriously high income through sales of these products.
On top of your salary you will be heavily rewarded for the work you produce through on going commissions, bonuses and other incentives, therefore, On Target Earnings are – 1st Month £1000+. 2nd Month – £2000+. 3rd Month – £3000+. Most experienced brokers earn upwards of £5,000 per month! We pay big commissions to those sales people looking to put in hard work in order to receive high rewards. Depending on your ability, drive, discipline and how hard you are willing to work will dictate your uncapped earnings. Make no mistake, some brokers in the company earn £20,000 in their first year, some earn over £100,000. In this industry your earnings are in your own hands.
Description of the role:
• You will be selling to pre-qualified and already active investors every day in order to introduce and market the investment products that the company has to offer
• You will consult on the best approach these investors should take when it comes to investing their money
• You will be part of an established trading floor with teams of Junior and Senior level brokers who are each actively competing to deliver results
• You will be trained thoroughly in all aspects of finance, investing, product knowledge, sales, consulting to clients and more, which will be initially intensively and on-going throughout your employment
• You will begin as a Junior Broker but will be fast tracked into a Senior position within three to six months depending on attitude, ability and results
