About the job
Our Engineering & Manufacturing Division is on a rapid growth path and require two new Delivery Consultants to support existing and new business accounts.
Your responsibilities:
* Taking detailed job specifications from your client or the sales team
* Resourcing and qualification of candidates that match your client’s criteria for the role
* Management of both clients and candidates’ expectations
* Arrangement of interviews
* Job offer management
* Expanding Orion's reach within the business to ensure all available business opportunities are maximised
* Attendance of regular on-site client meetings
* Sales lead generation
