In this role you will be responsible for managing all Account Management activities to ensure customer satisfaction, profitable business growth, and to ensure the business maintains commercial compliance to customer contracts and Ultra Group guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day to day customer order book management

* Responsible for carrying out customer order book reviews both internally and externally with customer contacts

* Understanding customer data relevant to PCB manufacture and registering the data in line with business process

* Identifying profitable opportunities to grow revenue within allocated customer base

* Logging customers’ requests for quotations, analysing the accuracy of RFQ’s before submitting to the customer and obtaining authorisation to submit in line with the business’s delegation of authority

* Key input into the sales, planning and “front end” processes of the business

* Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of key customers to ensure their needs are being met

* Preparation of monthly reports and forecasting data

* Use of CRM tool

* Working alongside the Senior Commercial Officer to assess the risk to the business of any new commercial opportunities

* Carrying out contract reviews

* Act as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer requirements are fully communicated throughout the business

* Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (KPIs) in line with business objectives

* Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by the Manager of Programmes

Skills and Qualifications Required:

* Experience within a technical or business field

* Previous experience of managing complex customer accounts

* Data-driven, analytical & process mindset with significant attention to detail

* Demonstrable customer facing experience and strong inter personal skills

* Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities / indirect leadership

* Flexibility to assume workloads which necessitate adjustment of priorities

* A high level of initiative

Security Clearance:

Due to the nature of work undertaken applicants will be required to meet basic security clearance and possibly SC clearance.
