Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently working with one of our valued clients who require a After sales Coordinator.
The role is working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Its joining a busy team of 10 staff in a fast paced environment
Atm they are predominantly based from home, with a rota to work 1 day per week on average in the office
Peak times may call for working on a Saturday
The After sales Coordinator will be responsible for dealing with escalated after sales service queries regarding appliances from Independent Engineers or from Howden Joinery Depots nationwide. As an Appliance After sales Operator, you will work collaboratively with the Field Service Support Engineers and Supply Chain to deliver the best after sales service for our end users.
Key Responsibilities:
To accurately log information from depots and Engineers
To take action to support Independent engineers through service, systems and resolution of stock issues
Escalation of Appliance after sales issues
To take direction from and appropriate action as requested by the Team Leader and Department Head
To be successful in this role you must have experience in resolving challenging customer queries whilst always keeping the end user experience top of mind. This is a full time role for a period of 3-6 months which may include Saturdays, it would be ideal if you had experience working with Appliances, however this isn't essential
