Branch Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £27000 – £32000/annum + company benefits + bonus
Leading U.K. trade supplier of uPVC and Aluminium windows, doors, glass, conservatory roofing systems and accessories with a 74 strong network of trade counters currently have an opportunity for a Branch Manager. As a trade supplier this company offers a wide range of products within the fenestration industry. Leading a small team, the Branch Manager will ensure that customers receive a 1st class service from building relationships with existing and new customers face to face and on the phone, accurately processing quotations and orders.
The Branch Manager will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for planning and managing all activities of the branch under his/her control to ensure that all budgets/targets are achieved. To organise and manage the customer base/ retail area ensuring maximum external sales coverage to existing customers and identification of new business is met.
The Branch Manager should have:
-Strong product knowledge of uPVC / Aluminium windows and doors.
– Management/supervisory experience of running a small team in a fast paced building material supply environment.
– Be computer literate able to use Word and the usual office applications on a daily basis (Training on the group IT System will be given).
– Must live local, have a full driving license, able to be customer facing with excellent communication skills
