Talent Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £28000/annum + bonus, and additional benefits
As a talent manager, you will be working closely with some of the best people in consumer goods, helping them identify new job opportunities that can further their careers.
Recruitment is a unique industry, our role is a mix of sales, social media marketing and candidate assessment so being organised and able to multi-task will be a huge advantage to you.
When you start with us you will undergo an intensive training program designed to teach you the basics and give you the tools you need to get started.
But that’s just the beginning. Working with one of our senior talent managers, you will be mentored throughout your first 6 months/year and taught everything you need to know with guidance and advice always available. We want you to be the best you can be so we are going to invest in you for the long term.
All you have to do is show up with bags of enthusiasm and a boot load of ambition, we’ll take care of the rest. Within 6 months to a year, you will be flying and hopefully ready to take on your own talent managers to pass on what you have learnt.
