Outbound Sales Executive – Barnsley – Salary up to £30,000 + uncapped bonus

Develop Your Staff is a thriving Skills brokerage that is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive to promote training and government funding to businesses across the UK. We are looking for a confident and proactive Outbound Sales Executive to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. Full, comprehensive sales training will be provided for this role.

* Monday to Thursday – 9am to 5pm / Friday 9am to 4:30pm

Outbound Sales Executive’s main responsibilities:
* Making outbound calls to promote funded training programmes to SME businesses across the UK
* Engage with employers to identify training needs and suggest suitable qualifications / courses based on skills gaps throughout the workforce
* Discussing the benefits of Work Based Apprenticeships and Work Based Short Courses to employers across various sectors
* Working towards and achieving weekly / monthly sales targets
* Managing a pipeline of customers, ensuring details and notes are up to date with scheduled dates to contact
* Building sustainable relationships with key decision makers and maintaining these to revisit in the future
Experience/Skills/Attributes:
* Previous Telesales / Customer service experience (Highly desirable)
* Confident and polite telephone manner
* IT Literate – Microsoft outlook and excel
* Hard working and self-motivated
