Salary : £18000 – £25000/annum + Commission and company bonuses

Our client based in a village just outside of St Neots is looking for an Internal Sales Representative.
The Internal Sales Representative duties will include:
– Working closely with the current sales manager to help grow the business and hit new targets
– Demonstrate excellent levels of customer service for both internal and external customers
– Maintain and build satisfactory relationships with customers
– Pro-actively selling, maintaining and expanding sales to new and existing customers
– Develop market growth through conversion of specifiers, end users to the company’s range of products
– Maintain efficient sales order entry on all products using existing CRM system
– Gather and share relevant market information
– Monitor customer activity and report to your manager accordingly
-General sales office and administration duties, as necessary
The ideal Internal Sales Representative will need 1-2 years experience working in a customer service role. Sales experience would be beneficial but not mandatory. You will also need to be a strong team player with the ability to communicate at all levels with sound IT knowledge including MS Office programmes and ideally CRM systems.
The Internal Sales Representative salary is between £18,000 and £25,000 + commission and company bonuses. The role is full time Monday to Friday
