Salary : £35000 – £50000/annum + shared bonus scheme

This Sage X3 reseller is doing brilliantly at the moment, they have about 20 staff, business has accelerated recently, and they need two additional Sage X3 Support Consultants. Plus one of their Support Consultants is moving across to work in the software development team.

They envision these 2 jobs as one X3 Support Consultant at the lower end of experience, 12 months + supporting Sage X3 in a software business or at an end user site, looking for anything from £25k to £40k . The other Sage X3 Support Consultant at the more senior end of the scale, with experience on a number of X3 modules and decent SQL and / or Crystal Report writing skills, looking for £40k to £60k.The roles are remote, home based UK wide. Preston is not important.

They focus solely on Sage X3 across the globe, mainly on distribution, finance and manufacturing. They will build one of their Application Support positions around your personal experience, what you can offer, what you want to do or what you want to learn and specialise in.

Your job will be to give hands on ERP application support to their client base, support for the setup and general use of Sage X3, dealing with 1st and 2nd line issues (maybe just the senior person looking after 2nd line requests), supporting the core X3 versions, dealing with user creation and security, and working with the implementation consultants and software developers, to resolve problems, and debug issues and run tests.

Your Sage X3 skills could have been honed at an end user business, or working for a software reseller or consulting firm. You love working with the product and want to learn more.

These positions are fully remote and home based, anywhere within the United Kingdom. Preston is just a marker point. You could be living in Bristol, Aberdeen, London, Peterborough, Hull, Manchester, Birmingham, Southampton, Reading, Newcastle, Cardiff, Ipswich, Glasgow or even the Isles of Scilly! They will set you up with whatever you need for a professional, organised home office.
