Reliability Engineer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum + overtime + other benefits
We are looking for a reliability engineer for this fantastic opportunity to work for a very successful Company at their Merseyside based headquarters but operating globally.
The Company is an innovative market leader who specialise in the niche area of asset management in a number of different sectors including manufacturing, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, petrochemical.
Reliability Engineer – The Role
* Reliability modelling and prediction
* Fault Tree Analysis
* Weibull Tree Analysis
* Six Sigma (6σ) Methodology
* Root-cause and Root-Cause Failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA)
* Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
* Asset Utilization
* Overall Equipment Effectiveness
* Remaining useful life
Please note that training will be provided where necessary on some of the above if required
Reliability Engineer – Candidate Skills & Experience
* Experience in a similar role
* Relevant qualifications
* Outstanding communication skills with sound business related knowledge
* Ability to support colleagues at all levels effectively and professionally even when under pressure
* Flexibility to accommodate business needs as regular national and international travel is required
* Overtime (and additional pay) will be available on a regular basis
Reliability Engineer – Benefits Package
* A basic starting salary of between £40,000pa-£50,000pa
* Overtime is readily available and paid at 1.5x hourly rate once 40 hours/week is exceeded
* Annual earnings can easily exceed £70,000pa
