My client is a reputable Recruitment Agency specialising in Engineering. They have been established for over 10 years and has an extremely successful workforce that has been employed with them for many years. This opportunity has arisen due to a long-term employer sadly leaving however the company is excited to bring on highly competent Recruitment Office Manager to join their friendly team and contribute and support them grow and develop further as a business.

The Role:

* Successfully run the back-office systems

* Support with the compliance including right to works.

* Deal with weekly timesheets

* Monitoring some key reporting to ensure we are compliant with HMRC

* Support with processing weekly timesheets.

* Ensuring timesheets are correctly authorised by the clients in line with the terms of business and entered on to the system for export into the payroll system.

* Attending meetings with the operations teams to review issues to improve.

* Producing invoicing for clients

* Dealing with PAYE candidates and temporary workers

* Supporting the recruitment consultants

* General Administration duties including procurement of stationary.

Candidate Requirements:

* Self-Motivated

* Hard working and flexible

* Enjoys streamlining processes or finding leaner ways of working.

* Previous Recruitment experience or a background in finance would be preferred but not essential.
