Igloo has a number of exciting opportunities for Recruitment Consultants to join our team based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic candidates to join our ever-expanding team.
Ideally you will have Recruitment experience however this is not essential, and we will offer on the job training to the right candidate.
The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for filling highly skilled and unskilled roles and you will be expected to undertake the below tasks:
* CV Searching on Job Boards.
* Pre-screening and Interviewing Candidates.
* Administration duties.
* Liaising with clients to discuss candidates.
* Creating and posting adverts.
