Our well-established client based in the Birmingham area are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
The main duties of the Receptionist/Administrator include:
* Handle incoming enquiries from customers and greet them upon arrival.
* Sort post.
* Create quotes for customers.
* Order stationery supplies.
* Process invoices and send to customers.
* Liaising with relevant internal departments.
The successful candidate will:
* Be confident, professional, and approachable.
* Have worked within a similar role previously.
This is a full time, temporary to permanent role, working Monday to Friday.
You will ideally be available immediately/within 2 weeks as this is an urgent requirement.
