£24,000 + £2,000 bonus
Swindon
My fabulous client based in Swindon are looking for a Quotations Specialist to join their busy team!
Main duties:
* Generating, tracking and communicating all quotes to new and existing customers
* Quoting vendor products, support or 3rd party services
* Subscribing and support contract renewals using a bespoke software
* Ensure all pricing agreements and approvals are documented
* Reviewing and checking customer documentation for accuracy
* Meet all reporting deadlines
The Person:
* Previous experience within quotation desired but not essential
* Highly numerate with a confidence working with numbers
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Excel
* Capable of working on own initiative
* Excellent written English with strong grammatical and spelling skills
* Ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
