Our client
Our client is the UK's largest producer of indoor ornamental pot plants and supplies over 8 million plants to major retailers in the UK every year. They are a family-run 200 employee business based in Hampshire and due to expansion within the business are looking for a Quality Team leader to join.
The role
The E-commerce Quality Manager will have full responsibility for quality assurance of all products sold online. As such the role will be varied and will evolve, however, the key responsibilities will include: Establishing, and managing a small team of QA staff to enable consistently achieving their quality and service level targets.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a similar position before in either Horticulture or Fresh Produce who has excellent people skills and good technical knowledge of similar products. Also, someone who is used to working with retailers and has auditing experience. You will also need to live near the site in the New Forest.
