Quality Controller
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £11.25/hour
Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit a Quality Controller with immediate starts to work for a leading Horticulture company based in Ellesmere Port
**This is a temp to perm role**
The main tasks involved in this role will be:
* Ensure all products supplied from operations conforms to legal, quality & safety requirements to
protect their employees, customers & brand name.
* Co-ordinate and carry out daily QA checks on site.
* Ensure documentation completion and record any instances of non-conformity.
* Complete packaging intake quality inspections.
* Quality inspections and sampling of finished product.
* Liaise & communicate with production managers, supervisors & operators on all items relating to
product quality.
* Ensure adherence & compliance to documented work instructions.
Criteria:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Teams.
* Possess strong attention to detail, with an ability to work accurately and quickly.
* Excellent communication & organisational skills.
* Previous experience working within a FMCG & Manufacturing team environment.
2 week rota with Working hours;
Week 1 – 6am to 2pm
Week 2 – 2pm to 10.30pm (8pm finish on a Friday)
£11.25 per hour plus shift allowance
Plus £50 weekly attendance bonus
