Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a Kent based Publishing company who are looking for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their finance team. This position will be working alongside one other, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Duties:

* Invoice processing

* Query resolution

* Liaising with suppliers

* Addressing any issues that arise and resolve in a timely manner.

* Input data/invoices onto the system

* Processing supplier statements

* Ensuring that all purchase ledger transactions are processed accurately

* Additional ad-hoc duties include supporting the additional team member with workload

Requirements/Desirable:

* At least 2 years experience in a similar position

* Ability to work 10am – 2pm – 5 days per week

Salary and additional information

* £24,000 – £27,000 pro rata

* Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.

* Social working environment
