Punch Press Setter
Job Type : Permanent, Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £12 – £12.50/day
We are currently recruiting for Punch press setter/operator for a bespoke sheet metal engineering company. This position is for a well established company who are continuing to work through the lockdown period. Health and safety measures are in place to protect against Covid-19
The Job Role
* Setting and operating on Amada punch press machine
* Reading from engineering drawings and liaising with the design team.
* Working with a variety of materials such as mild/stainless and aluminium
* Working a bespoke products.
Experience/Requirements
* Punch Press experience would be advantageous.
* 2 +years experience on Amada punch press machines would be advantageous
* Previous experience working with mild steel
The Package
* 12 week temporary to permanent contract.
* Starting rate between £10.50- £11.50
* Free staff parking
* Opportunity for overtime in the future.
