Our client is a legal publisher who publishes bespoke legal documents, standards and contracts for various law firms globally. For one of their specific clients, they are now recruiting Proofreaders and are looking to hire 4 more people on a permanent basis before Christmas!

We are looking for editors and proofreaders who are available either immediately or within 1 months notice who can also be in the office full time, you must be able to commute to the outskirts of Leeds. The business will be relocating in the next few months to a more central location in Leeds.

The company offers flexible shift patterns also as they are servicing this particular client globally and in every time zone.

Please state your preferred working hours on your application! The working hours are 40 per week.

We are looking for strong skills and experience on the applications across the following three areas:

Great grammar checking skills
Proofreading
Exceptional English

We are open to recent graduates of English if we can see evidence of strong proofreading skills gained during your degree also. Training will be given within the role.

Our client will pay a good starting salary from £24k for lower amounts of experience all the way up to £28k for someone with more proofreading experience.
