Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor required for M&E Building Services contractor

SSA are recruiting for a M&E Building Services contractor who require an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team to manage electrical projects across the London region. These will include installation of fire protection systems, CCTV systems, alarms, control systems and other building security schemes for blue-chip clients.

Duties will include:

* Producing valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales Producing cashflow forecasts

* Negotiating variations

* Preparing & negotiating final accounts

* Managing subcontractors

* Managing procurement

* Risk management

Essential:

* Qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
