Henry Martin have just taken instruction on an exciting opportunity for a privately-owned, fast growing main contractor, to assist them in their search for a Project Quantity Surveyor based in South West London.
As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will have previous experience as a no1 on site delivering schemes valued between £1m & £10m. The ideal candidate will take full control and ownership of the £6.3m new build industrial project In South West London, from inception through to final completion and report directly into a visiting Commercial Manager. The Project Quantity Surveyor must also be familiar working to a fast track programme with tight deadlines.
