Horticultural Project Manager
Hedge Nursery is seeking an exceptional person to join the company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Trading the current business to deliver profitable business growth
* Owning the development of the strategic plan to change the current business model and leading the delivery on this.
* Negotiating leasing contracts to product pricing
* Reporting and data analysis feeding into monthly board meetings
* Working cross functionally with all teams within the group: Buying, Digital Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, I.T, MD

Education and Experience:
– 2+ years of project management experience
– Prince2 practitioner certified or Agile certified

-Full-time role
-Office-based with one day WFH, occasional travel.
